To open an account and use services on the cp33 platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older ("for those aged 21 and above only").
• You must be located in a legal jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• You must open the account on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or any business entity.
• You must not already have an active account at cp33 (one account per person).
• You must agree to provide the documents required for identity verification.

cp33 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other listed banks). All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

To withdraw, you must have completed account verification. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless cp33 approves otherwise. Withdrawals may be delayed or restricted if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.

• Deposit and withdrawal details must be under a verified account.
• Transactions from third-party accounts or cards are not permitted.
• cp33 reserves the right to suspend any transaction on suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

The cp33 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be ৳500 or more.

Wagering requirement: A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus).

The specific terms for all bonuses and promotions are published separately with each offer. cp33 reserves the following rights:

• The right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• The right to forfeit bonuses in cases of bonus abuse.
• Each person is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts or devices is strictly prohibited.

cp33 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games available on our platform are tested and operated in accordance with fair play principles.

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be controlled by cp33 or any player.
• The betting limits for each game are clearly stated in the game interface.
• If a game session is interrupted due to network disconnection, the session will be settled according to the server's record.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, cp33's server logs will be treated as final evidence.
• cp33 reserves the right to cancel or re-settle transactions caused by technical errors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Bonus abuse — claiming the same bonus using different accounts or identities.
• Using betting or gaming software, bots, or automated systems.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting game errors or vulnerabilities.
• Collaborative cheating with other users.
• Fraudulent activity against cp33 or other users.

• Changes or discontinuation of services due to changes in applicable law.
• Financial losses from gaming or betting — the player participates having accepted this risk themselves.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by uncontrollable technical factors.

cp33's total liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the actual deposit amount made by the user in the disputed transaction.

Either the user or cp33 may close the account.

Closure by the user: You may request account closure at any time through the support team. All active bonus conditions and pending withdrawals must be settled before closure.

Closure by cp33: cp33 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Compliance with legal obligations or regulatory directives.

cp33 believes in responsible gaming. We provide various tools and limits to protect players. Gaming is an entertainment activity — it should never be used as a solution to financial problems.

• You can set deposit limits, loss limits, or session time limits for yourself.
• There is an option to temporarily or permanently suspend your account if needed.

cp33's decision will be considered final and binding unless the user can demonstrate that the decision is a direct violation of these terms.

• Revised terms will take effect from the date they are published on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If a user does not wish to accept the new terms, they may request to close their account.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
